Definition of short-term success

For Philippines, complete the design of the building and the fundraising of $50,000 for both the orphan home and the student center. The land has been purchased.

Definition of long-term success

In Mexico, establishing small church congregations among migrant workers (partnering with long term pastors/missionaries there)
In Philippines, continuing to support micro-business efforts to empower locals to earn their support; also to build the first orphan house!

Program success monitored by

Fred recently completed a project in partnership with Bear Valley Church where he installed a cement floor in a church north of Bayawan City.

Examples or evidence of program success

Fred built two special trailers for ministry use and delivered them to Mexico. His chicken & egg operation is expanding along with the fish farm and hollow block businesses for local workers.
