Servants of Christ International is comprised of servants who, for the most part, serve as part-time missionaries. They operate as servants either in the United States or in the far countries, such as Africa, Latvia, and the Philippines.
Executive and Financial Management
|Jim and Connie Walters – Milliken, Colorado
Jim Walters, Retired Pastor of Bear Valley Church in Lakewood, Colorado, serves as Executive Director. Connie Walters, Jim’s faithful and long-suffering wife, serves as the Administrative and Financial Manager. Their home in Milliken doubles as the Servants of Christ International corporate office.

|Our board of directors serve by keeping Servants of Christ International “organized and ethical” and in compliance with not only ministry by-laws but also the laws of our Nation and the State of Colorado, where Servants of Christ International is registered.|
|John Bennett – Denver, Colorado
Project Manager, IT expert, CEO whatever you need, John can do it. John and Laura have four daughters and two adopted sons one from Ukraine and one from Russia. John speaks German and has lived abroad.
|Yvonne Blair – Mesquite, Texas
A retired schoolteacher Yvonne has carried out many decades of short term missions around the world with her husband Lynn. Yvonne served ably as our treasurer and bookkeeper for decades.
|Marty Carney – Parker, Texas
President and Chief Executive Officer of WCI and Chairman of PDD Ventures. Marty’s work is in Data Analytics and Big Data. He also has a passion for supporting both local and international missions whose focus is to go and spread the gospel.
|Keith Chapman – Tyler, Texas
Keith Chapman is a CPA, business broker, tree farmer and pilot. He loves all things football and bass fishing. He has been a supporter of short-term missions since the 1980s. A native East Texan, he can be found somewhere between Tyler and Carthage.
|Sylvan Creach – Arvada, Colorado
Oracle Database Administrator at Terumo BCT in Lakewood and videographer for many ministries.
|Bob Cubbage – Allen, Texas
Our Board President has travelled the world both as businessman and as short-term missionary. One of Bob’s passions in life is to see that SOCI does everything “by the book” in terms of our by-laws, our state laws, and our Biblical ethics.
|Benita Howell – Denver, Colorado
For as long as anyone can recall, Benita has been doing and/or supporting missions, through her church, through ministry groups and through SOCI. She is like a “shortstop” who can field all kinds of needs and provide all kinds of care and support.
|Ron Huston – Denver, Colorado
Retired executive from the State of Colorado, Ron and his wife Cyndi have a “Love for Latvia” that has resulted in laptops and all kinds of other stuff flowing into that developing nation.
|Rev. Jim May – Former Pastor, Author and Speaker – Email Rev. May
Jim is a former Campus Crusade missionary, church planter, and pastor. Now a pastor-to-pastors, author and speaker, Jim May understands the challenges of pastors and missionaries like few others.
|Rev. Calvin Wittman – Senior Pastor at Applewood Baptist Church, Wheat Ridge, CO – Email Rev. Wittman
Former missionary and veteran of countless short term mission trips – preacher and instructor of preaching. Also an author and radio personality, Calvin knows missions “inside and out” and has a wise discernment of how and where to make missions investments.

Executive Director Statement
As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization things are well and stable. We are debt-free, with all bills paid, and our missionaries are on the job. We are delighted to be able to offer online giving to help raise support for our Servants of Christ International missionaries.
